My husband brought me here for my birthday yesterday. Everything was absolutely lovely. We arrived a little after 5 and were seated quickly. Our waitress Kelcey was absolutely amazing. She allowed us to put our little ones order in first so that their food was prepared and brought to table quickly while my husband and i decided what on we wanted to order. She was also very attentive and made sure our cups were never empty and that empty plates did not stay on our table long. I appreciate how friendly she was not only with us but with our children as well. We ordered the fried calamari, fried oysters, the natural half chicken, collard greens, potatos au gratin, and two margaritas for myself 😁. Everything was cooked to perfection. As a woman grew up on the coast of Charleston SC, their fried oysters are the absolute best that I have had here. They literally melted in my mouth and weren't fried hard. The Calamari was also great, lightly breaded and seasoned very well. The half chicken was veryyyyyy moist and tasted delicious. The sides were also wonderful. I would recommend this location for a nice date night or a good family meal. Parking is great at this location. I wish I took

The ambiance was eclectic, urban,and beautifu all at the same time.Merrel, our server was simply amazing. She made our experience an even greater one. She was attentive. We ordered several menu items just to sample the menu.we thoroughly enjoyed our experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend you stop by roosters and tell them Sonya McGuire sent you. You will enjoy your experience here.

We visited today for Easter lunch!!! This was absolutely the best meal we had!! The food was absolutely delicious. Our waitress was very kind and she gave us so many suggestions. The salads are huge, so you can definitely share it as well as all the sides we ordered. This might have been our first time here, but certainly not our last!! Thank you for making our Easter meal so amazing. Just one note: since they have an open concept cooking in the middle of the restaurant, you will walk out of there smelling a little like grease on your clothes. If that is not your thing, then I suggest you request outside seating 😊

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. A special thank you to our server Morris, who made the evening even more enjoyable. His service was exceptional — attentive, friendly, and very professional. He made sure everything was perfect and truly took great care of us. Great food, great atmosphere, and outstanding service. We will definitely be coming back!

We booked this restaurant for New Years eve. The table seating was very nice and they have tables right outside the door (inside). I had flank steak with mac and cheese and tomato soup. I also had white wine (selections are great). Our waiter Tim H was friendly and attentive along with the other staff. Very nice experience.
